Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our mental health counselors to provide services via telehealth platforms to accommodate our clients' needs. You'll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility required based on patient demand. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments during initial evaluations to identify patient needs, preferences, and develop individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
