Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a clinical team to create pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in all reports.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic methodologies as dictated by treatment needs and client progress.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective positive behavior support strategies tailored to each client.
\n
• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems and community partners, fostering communication and integration of services.
\n
• Maintain open channels of communication with stakeholders, including local, state, and federal agencies, to secure partnerships and promote our programs.

• Engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences, workshops, and statewide meetings, to stay current in the field.

• Champion the agency's mission and values in all interactions, both within the clinic and within the broader community.

• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support the goals of the center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Elevate Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population. This includes individuals navigating challenges related to emotional distress, addiction, developmental disabilities, or the ramifications of acquired brain injuries. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a competitive salary of USD 86,000 to 103,000 yearly.
