Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule while maintaining structured hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and initial evaluations to identify patients' mental and emotional challenges, particularly those resulting from trauma.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and needs.

• Facilitate weekly sessions with clients to monitor progress, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and provide support.

• Offer education on trauma and stress coping mechanisms to both patients and staff, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment.

• Coordinate with community resources, healthcare providers, and social agencies to ensure comprehensive support for patients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and treatment outcomes in adherence to best practices and legal guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by completing continuing education requirements to uphold the National Certified Counselor certification.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Sunrise Care Consulting, your primary focus will be on trauma injury patients. Compensation and Benefits\n
