Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing both pre-crisis and crisis situations.

• Provide comprehensive documentation that meets regulatory standards, ensuring timely completion for all case files.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure effective treatment delivery.

• Implement and assess positive behavior support plans within interdisciplinary teams to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s quality standards.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, service systems, and community partners to coordinate care and optimize resources.

• Maintain open communication channels within the team and with external partners to meet contract standards and promote the clinic's mission.

• Engage in professional development activities such as attending workshops or conferences in the mental health field.

• Embody and promote the clinic's mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to diverse departmental projects.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at our clinic, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing emotional distress, those in recovery from substance use, and clients with developmental and acquired brain challenges. Your role will emphasize respect for client autonomy, encouraging their active involvement in their treatment journey. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in a behavioral health field is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
