Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Supplier Enablement & Ariba Operations Specialist for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in West Des Moines, IA and Charlotte, NC. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will be part of the Supplier Enablement Operations team, responsible for creating and maintaining a centralized supplier onboarding process. The position focuses on improving supply chain practices by working with Ariba and PeopleSoft systems to reduce risk and ensure efficient, compliant procurement and payment processes. You will work independently to handle escalations, manage system clean-up projects, and drive the expansion of suppliers through the Ariba platform.

Responsibilities:

• Manage unique supplier setup and maintenance requests tied to projects and monitor Ariba Buying & Invoicing supplier mismatch reports to resolve discrepancies
• Answer questions on process for peers, managers, and internal/external customers, and troubleshoot escalated and complex questions
• Prioritize and complete escalations independently, report system defects, and complete requirements for enhancements
• Independently complete monthly UAT system testing efforts and submit test scripts
• Analyze risks in processes and document procedures and training requirements to improve performance
• Work directly with suppliers to troubleshoot Ariba system modules and the PeopleSoft system
• Manage and execute system clean-up projects to maintain a system of record free from error, such as inactivating unused supplier locations
• Partner with Sourcing and Contracts, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and other business groups to ensure successful supplier onboarding

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter, requiring little direction or management oversight

Pay range: $20.16 - $28.16 per hour
