Himanshu Relationship Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team as a full-time remote therapist. In this role, you will work directly with individuals and families affected by various mood disorders, including depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety. Your expertise will be critical in developing tailored treatment plans, delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and monitoring client progress to help improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while effectively supporting clients from the comfort of your home. Your working hours will be from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., providing a structured schedule that promotes professional growth while ensuring adequate self-care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively design individualized treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, preferences, and treatment goals.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate effective treatment outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies to foster self-management and resilience.

• Monitor and document client progress, revising treatment strategies as necessary to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to ensure integrated, comprehensive care for all clients.

• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments, integrating new findings into practice as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to a collaborative professional environment.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs and actively work to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
