Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of each client's psychological and emotional needs, which will inform the development of tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual, couple, and family therapy sessions applying a range of evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness strategies. Engage clients actively in the therapeutic process by collaboratively setting realistic goals and regularly monitoring their progress throughout treatment. Maintain up-to-date, organized, and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, assuring both client privacy and consistency in care. Participate in ongoing professional development, including workshops and training sessions, to stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and trends in mental health care. Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State. Demonstrated clinical skills with a robust understanding of various evidence-based treatment approaches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective relationships with clients and colleagues. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to USD 105,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications.
