Location: West GTA & Southwestern Ontario Job Type: Independent Contractor / Commission (Overage Model) We are a premier Ontario window and door manufacturer seeking an experienced Independent Sales Agent / Manufacturers’ Representative to grow our presence in the residential new‑construction and dealer markets. We provide competitive pricing, manufacturing capacity, and full estimating support—you leverage your builder network to drive revenue. Compensation Aggressive wholesale floor pricing to stay competitive 100% overage retention — you keep all profit above wholesale High‑volume potential with subdivision, multi‑home, and dealer accounts Uncapped earnings with no limits or commission caps What We Provide Architectural window systems & custom entry door solutions Rapid blueprint takeoffs and dedicated estimating support Product samples, cross‑sections, technical literature, and digital catalogs Reliable manufacturing and consistent fulfillment What You Bring 3–5+ years in windows/doors or related building materials Active network of builders, renovators, developers, or dealers Proven ability to generate and manage construction‑industry sales Operate as an independent business with a reliable vehicle If you have strong builder relationships in the West GTA or Southwestern Ontario and want a high‑reward partnership, we’d like to speak with you.
