Be sure to explore our Interviewing Guide to learn how to ace our interview process.About the RoleThe Strategy & Operations team supports strategic planning, business reporting, and executive-defined priority initiatives across a variety of business units at Twitch. As a member of the team, you will focus specifically on growth in our Ads business by delivering new strategic insights, recommendations, and ongoing operational support in partnership with our Twitch Ads Product and Amazon Ad Sales teams.You will report to our Director of Strategy & Operations. You can work from San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.You Will:Lead regular business reviews with senior level executives, synthesizing inputs from multiple teams, identifying key performance trends, and conducting ad-hoc analysis as necessaryAct as the Go-To-Market and operational lead on major sales initiatives; you’ll partner with data and product teams to ideate, size, and prioritize ways to address key customer challenges, then collaborate with sellers to develop client pitch materials and understand customer feedback, and ultimately report back results and learnings to senior stakeholders Collaborate closely and manage multi-team projects with ad sales, ads product, and other Twitch teams (content, finance, BD, etc.)Design, monitor, and analyze business reports and performance tracking dashboardsRepresent the ads business while contributing to overall monetization business plans, long-term strategies, resource allocation, and goal settingPresent work, build consensus, and effectively influence senior-level stakeholdersYou Have:5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, and / or business operations2+ years of experience working in or supporting advertising businesses, including high level knowledge of ad sales workflows, industry leading DSPs, and ad measurement techniquesAbility to drive solutions to complex business problems in a prompt, efficient manner with minimal direction on a day-to-day basisProven track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple executive-level stakeholders Excellent written, presentation, and oral communication skillsExperience and comfort working with technical product teamsDesire to succeed in a demanding, innovative, and entrepreneurial environmentBonus PointsMBA or advanced degree from a top-tier institution Experience with ad sales for digital content, video streaming, or OTTExperience working on innovative ad supply generation initiatives including new formatsExperience working on new ad demand channelsPerksMedical, Dental, Vision & Disability Insurance401(k)Maternity & Parental LeaveFlexible PTOAmazon Employee DiscountPursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.Job ID: TW9168The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
