Role Description The Bilingual Client Acquisition Specialist (Spanish) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rockville/Gaithersburg, MD. This position focuses on engaging prospective/existing clients, explaining insurance and financial service options in both English and Spanish, and guiding individuals and businesses through the onboarding process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, scheduling and conducting consultations, preparing quotes, and following up with leads to convert them into long-term clients. The specialist will collaborate with the agency team to ensure accurate documentation, assist with policy setup, and support marketing and outreach initiatives aimed at Spanish-speaking communities. The role requires consistent in-person interaction, professional representation of the agency, and adherence to regulatory and compliance standards. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients. Excellent Communication abilities in both English and Spanish, including clear verbal and written skills. Proven Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, with a commitment to resolving client needs promptly. Experience enhancing the Customer Experience through attentive listening, follow-up, and personalized solutions. Fluency in Spanish (required); additional language skills such as French are a plus. Background in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred, with familiarity in personal and commercial lines. Ability to work on-site in Rockville/Gaithersburg MD, maintain a professional demeanor, and handle confidential information responsibly. Basic computer proficiency, including CRM or client management tools, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
