Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and develop pre-crisis and crisis plans that align with the best practices in mental health care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools for accurate assessments and enhance the effectiveness of interventions.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that encourage client progress.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure organizational excellence and compliance.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

• Foster open communication to promote our organizational mission, and engage with community stakeholders to expand our outreach and resources.

• Seek and engage in professional development activities, such as attending conferences or participating in task forces related to mental health.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational and client needs.
