Work Environment\n

This remote position fosters flexibility while ensuring our therapists remain connected. You will collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team of clinical professionals, including psychologists and psychiatrists, to deliver comprehensive care. Although this role is structured around a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, some flexibility will be required to meet patient needs and facilitate access to our services.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, clinical assessment, and evidence-based treatments with a focus on cultural competency.

• Experience in individual and group therapy settings with a demonstrated track record of employing culturally responsive therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills, remaining calm and resourceful under pressure.

• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and the utilization of digital tools for patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
