Join us in boldly challenging what is possible for a sustainable world. Where is the work? Monday to Thursday onsite with colleagues; Fridays are flexible, allowing remote work as needed. What you will do Generate budgeted sales; manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in assigned territory. Develop and execute an account-specific business plan to identify long‑term support requirements for a strong, profitable partnership. Identify customers’ problems and needs, creating a dynamic action plan to meet them. Assess market opportunities and sales data. Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, and promotion. Travel daily within the territory, with occasional overnight travel. What you will bring 4+ years of demonstrated experience in business development (degree or associate’s degree not required). Successful experience in business development and sales. Experience with CRM/Salesforce preferred. Valid driver’s license with at least 12 months of clean record. Annual Base Salary Range $84,200 – $166,110 Compensation Type Salary Incentive Eligible Yes Sales Commission Eligible No Benefits Benefits begin Day One, including health insurance and wellness programs.
