Job Title: Staff Accountant Location: Anaheim, CA Shift: 9 am-5 pm Hourly Pay Range: $38.46 - $43.27/hr, depending on geographic location, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employment Type: Temporary-to-hire FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday-Friday Job Summary The accountant is a full-time position within the Food and Beverage Department. This role is responsible for reviewing, recording, and documenting revenue and financial and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Record revenue to the general ledger according to respective sales category, departments, and events. Reconcile daily settlements between POS reports and bank activity. Create, maintain, and record accounts receivable transactions Maintain the Accounts Receivable Aging report Prepare and record journal entries Provide support to Accounts Payable Perform monthly bank reconciliations Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Assist with internal and external audits Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned Specific Qualifications/Skills Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required 5-7 years of experience in Accounting/Finance; experience in food and beverage industry is a plus Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O software experience preferred, but not a requirement Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently and accurately under deadline pressure Ability to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Excellent time management Strong communication skills, both written and oral Must be self-motivated, and work independently towards a deadline #J-18808-Ljbffr Eastridge Workforce Solutions
