Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Department: Accounting Reports to: Accounts Payable Supervisor FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Job Summary Performs all accounts payable functions for designated developments, following appropriate procedures to ensure timely and accurate preparation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepares invoices for processing, including coding invoices and matching PO’s and packing slips where applicable. Maintains accounts payable records according to company policies and procedures. Processes weekly check runs and updates folders for all developments assigned to the team. Assures that monthly processing is completed to meet the financial report deadlines. Prepares replacement reserve requests within the required time frame.
