Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and outline individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapy in various formats—individual, family, and group sessions—utilizing evidence-based modalities that align with the client's specific goals and needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring timely and effective responses.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care.

• Educate clients and families on mental health topics, treatment choices, and community resources, advocating for their needs where appropriate.

• Engage in continual professional development, staying updated with best practices in mental health therapy through workshops, training, and literature.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and behavioral disorders. You will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, promoting mental wellness while addressing unique cultural considerations and barriers to mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) in the state of California.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated clinical assessment and diagnostic proficiency.

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health setting.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connections with clients and teamwork with colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
