Job Description The part-time seasonal Business Development Associate will provide direct support to theSVPBusiness Development& Brand Experienceand the Business Development Specialist byassistingwith gameday operations, VIP and celebrity hospitality, executive administrative support, and special projects.This role is best suited for an individual beginning their career in sports where they will enhance their foundational knowledge, skills, networking, and support necessary to pursue a full-time position. Must be available for most LA Kings home games of the 2026-27season. Essential Functions Attend Los Angeles Kings home games toassistwith business development initiatives, VIP hospitality, and executive support. Assistwith organizing and fulfilling VIP ticket requests,maintainingguest lists, and coordinating ticket distribution. Assistwith all celebrity and VIPlogisticsfrom ingress to egress Provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President bymaintainingorganized project files to support ongoing initiatives, meetings, andspecial events. Provide general administrative and operational support for special projects andadditionalbusiness development initiatives as assigned. Specific Job Knowledge, Skill and Ability The Business Development Assistant must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities: Passion for sports and live entertainment Marketing, Communication, and Business Majors Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong communicationand time management skills Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure Desire to learn more about the sports and entertainment industry Must be available to work most home games: nights and weekends Qualification Standards Education: High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred) Experience: 1-2 years related work experience Payscale: $19/hr Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements. Benefits Part-Time: This position may be eligible for benefits (ACA qualification).
