Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to gain insight into clients' mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses.

• Create tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions, ensuring they meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.

• Deliver individual, couple, and group therapy sessions utilizing best practice methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide crisis intervention to individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges, guiding them through immediate emotional distress with compassion and professionalism.

• Maintain thorough and confidential client records, adhering strictly to ethical standards and legal requirements while ensuring continuity of care.

• Engage with an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Educate clients and their families about relevant mental health topics, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) within Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
