Bilingual ABA Case Manager (Spanish/English) – Philadelphia, PA

Laila’s Way is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Case Manager to support bilingual children and families in the Philadelphia area. In this role, you’ll be a key connection between families and behavioral health services, helping ensure culturally responsive, high-quality care.

• Conduct client intakes and assess social and emotional needs
• Coordinate behavioral health services, appointments, and authorizations
• Communicate directly with Spanishspeaking families to provide guidance and support
• Maintain accurate documentation and case records
• Collaborate with clinicians, schools, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
• Bachelor’s degree (or Associate’s with relevant experience) in social work, psychology, or related field
• 1+ year of experience in case management, social services, or behavioral health
• Strong communication and organizational skills
