Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that align with client needs.

• Provide ongoing consultation regarding pre-crisis and crisis plans, ensuring risk assessments and behavior guidelines are effective and supportive.

• Document client interactions, assessment results, and treatment strategies in compliance with regulatory standards in a timely manner.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies in collaboration with the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Engage actively in the development and implementation of positive behavior support plans in cooperation with multidisciplinary teams.

• Represent the agency by maintaining effective communication with service systems, state agencies, and community partners.
\n
• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance and best practices are met across all services.
\n
• Pursue continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and other educational opportunities to stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling.

• Engage with the community to promote our services and identify new opportunities for partnerships and funding.
\n
• Carry out any additional responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a wide array of individuals seeking support for emotional, behavioral, and substance use challenges. You will work with diverse populations, including those with developmental disabilities and clients recovering from traumatic brain injuries, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field is required.

• Must hold an Independent LMHC License in Washington State.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with clients and team members.

• Proficiency in documentation and utilizing electronic health record systems effectively.
