Sous Chef

Gordon Ramsay Burger Boston, a premium casual restaurant, is inspired by the Michelin-starred chef and television personality Gordon Ramsay and his global travels. This two-story location, complete with roof-top views of the city, sits parallel to the Boston Public Market where guests come for the Hell's Kitchen Burger, and stay for the Sticky Toffee Shake, Hellfire Chicken Wings and Kettle Chip Nachos. We are now seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our back-of-house operations. The Sous Chef Must Have The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards Previous experience as an Sous Chef within a fast casual restaurant Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a quality high volume restaurant A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of the Gordon Ramsay standard of food quality at all times A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing kitchen team A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the kitchen Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders Ability to multitask and effectively manage relationships at all levels Key Accountabilities Be responsible for effective execution of all dishes, whilst ensuring consistent presentation and guest satisfaction in a lively restaurant and bar, interacting with guests and making each visit a memorable one!
