Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver tailored mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to support clients in managing stress, enhancing resilience, and improving overall mental health.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients’ unique stressors, challenges, and treatment goals; customize mindfulness practices to fit individual needs.

• Guide individuals through mindfulness exercises, meditation sessions, and breathing techniques, facilitating self-awareness and emotional stability.

• Lead group workshops focused on mindfulness practices and stress management strategies, creating a supportive community among clients.

• Incorporate mindfulness practices into individual therapy to effectively address clients’ mental health concerns while promoting their personal growth and recovery.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other healthcare professionals to develop an integrated approach to mental wellness, allowing for comprehensive treatment plans.

Qualifications\n
