Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Rocky Meadow Counseling, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments to diagnose and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing various mental health disorders.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques through both individual and family therapy sessions to support the emotional and psychological growth of patients.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external resources to coordinate care plans, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.

• Utilizing clinical judgment to identify crisis situations, providing immediate resources and referrals to enhance patient safety and well-being.

• Documenting patient progress meticulously and adjusting treatment plans in response to evolving patient needs and circumstances.

• Acting as a patient advocate, facilitating communication between clients, their families, and community resources to optimize care continuity.

• Participating in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss complex cases, and contribute to the improvement of clinical practices.

Your focus will primarily be on individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, with a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000.
