Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver empathetic and effective counseling services across various settings, and adapt your approach based on the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize telehealth technology to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring a seamless and supportive environment for clients.

• Provide medication management support by reminding clients of medication schedules, ensuring timely refills, and offering assistance with medication adherence.

• Counsel clients on daily living skills, transportation options, and help them navigate public transport systems to attend their medical appointments.

• Consistently observe and document client progress towards treatment goals, ensuring that all documentation and records meet compliance requirements.

• Maintain open and regular communication with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal client outcomes.

• Act as a positive role model for clients, promoting safety protocols and fostering a healthier lifestyle.

• Assist clients in practical tasks such as shopping, meal planning, and cooking, provide instructional support where needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. This role will require you to tailor your counseling techniques to meet the needs of individuals from varied cultural backgrounds, ensuring that each treatment plan is personalized and effective. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field is required.

• Holds an active LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California; associates' licenses are not accepted as they cannot be billed through Medicare.

• Proficient in using technology for telehealth services and client management, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing a caseload of clients efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with geriatric populations is desirable, but not mandatory.

• The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from $80,000 to $122,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
