Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, history, and needs, utilizing a variety of diagnostic tools and interviews to establish comprehensive treatment plans.

• Engage clients in meaningful therapeutic processes by establishing collaborative goals and regularly monitoring their progress toward those goals through structured check-ins.

• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly, adhering to ethical and regulatory standards, to provide continuity of care and support the clinic’s operational needs.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training sessions on emerging therapies and methodologies, to enhance clinical competencies and deliver the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base comprises individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. By establishing a remote practice, we can cater to those who may have difficulties accessing traditional in-person therapy due to geographical, physical, or psychological barriers. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is essential; however, candidates with a Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling will be prioritized.

• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building trust and rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
