This is a 12-month contract working in Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid). We are offering a pay rate up to $25.50 per hour based on skill set. Duration: 12-month contract Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Project Coordinator supports strategic energy projects by managing documentation, coordinating approvals, and ensuring timely delivery of drawings and RFIs. The role involves both desk‑based and on‑site tasks, supporting project managers and engineering teams across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Process and track drawings, RFIs, and project documentation using MS Office, SharePoint, and OneNote Coordinate approvals with suppliers and internal stakeholders to meet deadlines Manage email correspondence and shared mailbox for project communication Print, bind, and package large‑format documents for shipment to construction sites Track and update project submittal status in ProjectWise, Bluebeam, or Adobe Pro Assist project managers by relieving coordination workload and ensuring no documents fall through the cracks Support internal business while handling occasional external supplier communication Operate hybrid schedule with onsite presence Tuesday‑Thursday and remote work Monday and Friday Qualifications 2‑4 years experience in a professional/administrative environment Proficiency with scanning, PDF editing, and maintaining physical and online document libraries Meticulous mindset with strong quality‑check skillsExperience reviewing and verifying project documents Excellent communication, organization, and coordination abilities High attention to detail and initiative Team‑player mentality with willingness to help and take on tasks #J-18808-Ljbffr The Ash Group
