These clients may present with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, mild depression, and adjustment issues. As their counselor, you will play a crucial role in empowering them with tools and strategies to enhance their mental resilience and thrive in their daily lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Possession of a current state license, such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD, is essential for practice.

• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating a solid understanding of ethical and clinical best practices in mental health counseling.

• No disciplinary actions on record.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, alongside proficiency in computer systems necessary for telehealth practice.

• Reliable internet access with a stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate uninterrupted counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in telehealth counseling, particularly with low-acuity clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, based on hours worked.
