Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mindful Cascade Echos Health Counseling, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients and their families to identify mental health needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families while providing individual support as needed.

• Addressing issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, communication conflicts, grief and loss, job stress, and medical crises.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to create individualized treatment plans.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care for each client.

• Documenting client progress in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
