Staff Accountant

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year Job description: Job location: Arcadia, CA (Onsite) Full-Time | Monday–Friday Join a Stable, Established Real Estate Company We are a well-established property management firm with over 40 years of experience managing a diverse portfolio of mixed-use, hospitality, multifamily residential, and commercial properties. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivatedStaff Accountantto join our accounting team in Arcadia, CA. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle property accounting and direct collaboration with executive leadership. What You’ll Do as Staff Accountant Manage general ledger and record daily financial transactions Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures Process accounts payable and receipts Prepare and monitor property/HOA budgets Generate and apply monthly HOA and tenant billings Handle CAM and Property Tax reconciliations Process security deposit refunds and tenant invoices Process reserve replacement requests and construction bank draws for applicable properties Assist Controller and Accounting Manager with special projects Ensure compliance with internal accounting controls and procedures What We’re Looking For Staff Accountant Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (preferred) 1+ year of property management accounting experience (preferred) Strong understanding of financial statements and budgeting Knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles Excellent organizational and analytical skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment High level of discretion and confidentiality Software Experience (Preferred but not required): Yardi Genesis AppFolio Great Plains Bonus Qualifications: Experience with HOA accounting CAM reconciliation experience Mandarin (Chinese) language skills How to Apply Please submit your resume to ------------ along with your salary expectations for consideration.
