Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Edwardsburg, MI (100% onsite) Key Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments. Reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Maintain organized records and documentation for audits and reporting. Assist with month‑end closing and general ledger support related to accounts payable. Communicate with internal departments to ensure proper coding and approval of invoices. Support the accounting team with special projects and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
