Overview Are you a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator located in Nashville, TN? Do you have 5+ years of experience in handling routine and advanced administrative tasks with a strong understanding of office and business management? Details $21 per hour pay rate Full Time Contract Onsite in Nashville, TN Benefits Health, Dental, Vision insurance offered 401k options Work with a great team Qualifications 5+ years of experience in handling routine and advanced administrative tasks with strong understanding of office and business management. Executive level experience and knowledge of hospital and healthcare operations. Bachelor or Associate\'s degree preferred. Proficient computer skills with expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Excellent time management and organizational skills, especially the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Highly skilled in scheduling and calendar maintenance of meetings and events. Strong interpersonal skills to interact with people from a wide variety of levels, from client to management to corporate level executives. Responsibilities Support process improvement, standardization, and automation Analyze workflows, reporting, and departmental metrics Assist with coding, audits, and data integrity reviews Create reports, presentations, and communications Manage claims correspondence and documentation Coordinate meetings, calendars, and executive schedules Plan events, conferences, and webinars Handle calls, mail, visitors, and general inquiries Maintain filing systems and department records Arrange travel and process expense reports Manage documents, supplies, and office equipment Reconcile expenses and support special projects Build relationships and support team operations Track PTO and assist with onboarding Participate in committees and additional duties Salary: $21.00 / hr #J-18808-Ljbffr swipejobs
