Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health needs, strengths, and challenges of clients, enabling the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, tailored to the needs of individuals, groups, and families.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive support.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health distress, employing de-escalation techniques and developing safety plans.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and promoting services provided by Livewell Therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
