Director of Client Invoicing

Managing a team focused on client invoicing and collections, the remote Director of Client Invoicing will oversee aged receivables, ensure timely billing, and enhance workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards. Key responsibilities Manage a team responsible for the collection of aged receivables and client invoicing Monitor and report on team performance objectives while ensuring quality and productivity goals are met Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying areas for process improvements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; or a related college degree with relevant experience Proven experience with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong professional communication skills and attention to detail Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of investor guidelines preferred
