Strategic Account Executive

As a Strategic Account Executive on our Americas team, you will be at the core of our growth and customer success. We are looking for highly motivated, solution-oriented sellers who are eager to learn and are passionate about building something truly special. You won't just be selling a product; you'll be a trusted partner to the world’s leading retailers, helping them solve challenges with cutting-edge Vision AI. What You'll Do Drive Revenue & Growth: Define, develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to win new logos within the North American retail market. Build frameworks for account segmentation and performance tracking. Be a Strategic Partner: Act as the primary relationship owner and serve as the trusted advisor for key, high‑value enterprise accounts. Manage customers' expectations and establish yourself as their trusted advisor for day‑to‑day needs and strategic reviews. Expand Our Footprint: Position our new solutions, EverShelf and EverEagle, into our existing customer base using sophisticated, ROI‑driven SaaS selling methodologies. Build new markets: Identify new markets, alliances, and partnership opportunities to drive new business and customers for Everseen. Collaborate with senior leadership to align market expansion with corporate objectives. Orchestrate the Win: Lead the entire sales cycle, from securing initial POCs demonstrating clear business value to negotiating and closing complex enterprise deals. Collaborate to Win: Serve as the “on‑the‑ground” voice of the customer, collaborating closely with Everseen’s Product, Engineering, and Operations (Customer Delivery) teams to ensure seamless rollouts and exceptional customer satisfaction. Drive process innovation across business development and account management. Collaborating With Customer single point of contact Customer Business Teams Everseen’s Operations (customer delivery) Teams Everseen’s Product and Engineering teams Everseen’s Go‑To‑Market and Reporting teams Profile & Skills You have 10+ years of experience in an enterprise SaaS sales role, with a demonstrated history of landing new logos and expanding existing accounts in the North American region. You are willing to travel to meet with customers and collaborate with our global Everseen team. A Builder: You're not just looking for a job; you're looking to make an impact.
