Office Manager Responsibilities: Overseeing and directing assigned office staff responsible for processing billing information and providing administrative support Ensuring proper operation of business office Compiling data and information, and preparing reports used in monitoring and evaluating operations, finances and contract compliance Maintaining expenditure records and receipts, tracking budget allocations, and initiating corrective actions to control budget variances Acting as administrative liaison, processing various forms and records, and maintaining personnel records and filing systems Other duties as assigned Office Manager Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1 year post high school training in business or office administration Minimum of 3 years of progressive office management or administrative work experience required Current Driver's License valid in the state of Illinois, with a safe driving record for the past 2 years is required Management experience is a plus Compensation (based on experience and credentials): Range begins at $46,000 - $66,000/yr Starting rates are determined based on years of experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Alpharus Health conducts annual performance reviews, with merit increase eligibility determined by employee performance and organizational financial performance.
