Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices and ensure accurate coding, proper authorization, and timely payment.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including accruals and account reconciliations.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and resolve any invoice-related issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including contact information and payment terms.
• Assist in the preparation of periodic reports and analysis related to accounts payable.
• Support the implementation and improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects assigned by the Controller and CFO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply) is preferred.
• General understanding of accounting principles and concepts.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience (required).
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience working with accounting software (knowledge of ERP systems is a plus).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
• Prior experience in Netsuite is preferred.
