Senior Marketing Specialist

Leading patient recruitment marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Marketing Specialist will manage paid media strategies across various digital platforms, optimize campaign performance, and align marketing efforts with study enrollment timelines while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and execute paid media strategies across key channels, ensuring accountability for performance and ROI Analyze campaign performance and optimize in real time to improve efficiency and outcomes Develop and implement tailored recruitment plans in collaboration with site teams and recruitment operations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience) 4-6+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a focus on ROI and performance goals Deep expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube Strong understanding of the patient recruitment lifecycle and conversion funnel management Experience in clinical research, healthcare marketing, or patient recruitment is strongly preferred
