Mobility IT Technician - Remote Help Desk

Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a SWIFT Mobility Technician to deliver frontline IT support for a major national laboratory. You will provide remote, phone, email, and walk-up assistance, create knowledge articles, and track incidents to resolution. The role requires a HS Diploma with 2+ years of help desk experience, strong knowledge of mobile/PC operations, and the ability to obtain a U.S. DOE security clearance. ServiceNow familiarity and KCS practices are highly valued. #J-18808-Ljbffr Edgewater Federal Solutions, Inc.
