ACCOUNTANT

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to support operational and financial objectives. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries, daily transactions, payroll, and month‑end close activities. Responsibilities Prepare journal entries for daily transactions, payroll, and month‑end close. Assist with analysis and validation of monthly Gross Profit reports and General Ledger input, including cost components such as direct labor, materials, overhead, and scrap. Review and analyze accounts, evaluating balances, trends, and conditions to provide guidance to operating officials on program funding requirements. Perform analysis of spending trends and support the preparation of financial reports for management. Qualifications Experience in accounting and finance, preferably with GAAP or similar standards.
