Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions designed to cater to clients of all ages.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via remote sessions to identify client strengths, challenges, and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. The patient population encompasses children, adolescents, and adults, each facing unique challenges ranging from anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, to trauma and life transitions. You will be instrumental in empowering them through tailored therapeutic interventions, guiding them on their personal journey toward mental wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must hold a full, unrestricted license to practice independently as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• No limited or provisional licenses; a clean professional history is essential, free of disciplinary actions.

• Strong ability to assess and formulate professional evaluations, make informed decisions, and contribute to treatment planning.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients.

• Proficient computer skills; familiarity with virtual therapy platforms and electronic health records is advantageous.

Preferred Experience\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with caseload and experience.
