Accounts Receivable Analyst

Effectively work with rate analysts, account managers and customer contacts to resolve issues and identify needed action for payment resolution Ability to evaluate and identify billing issues and process corrections through appropriate systems Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each contact made Ability to provide solid business recommendations on delinquent accounts in order to minimize credit risk Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement Make recommendations to implement improved processes Perform other duties as assigned by management Pay Range: - , General Benefits: Job Requirements Detail-oriented Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Problem solving skills a must Strong communication skills Education: Solid Microsoft Office skills required; Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to efficiently manage time Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Consistent, steady work history College degree preferred Category: General Office Administration #J-18808-Ljbffr
