This role offers the flexibility of remote work, utilizing telehealth tools to connect with clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, focusing on their severity, frequency, and impact on daily functioning.

• Collaborate with clients to co-create personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, preferences, and objectives, ensuring active client participation.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches according to individual client contexts.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
