Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions focused on the unique needs of each client using evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or solution-focused therapy.

• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate the emotional, psychological, and behavioral needs of clients, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and interventions.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide integrated care and ensure each client's holistic well-being.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and updates in compliance with clinical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about emerging research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling to enhance service delivery and client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing a wide range of mental health challenges. The ideal candidate should have experience addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other behavioral health issues that affect daily functioning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or equivalent.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a robust understanding of various therapeutic methodologies and client engagement strategies.

• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and address an array of mental health issues.
