Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and formulate accurate diagnoses aligned with the latest DSM guidelines.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that may include individual counseling, group therapy workshops, or family therapy dynamics, all tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Provide immediate intervention during crises, collaborating with other team members to address acute mental health situations with compassion and efficiency.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and adherence to ethical standards in mental health documentation.

• Promote a multidisciplinary approach by liaising with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Avella Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
