Director of Revenue Operations & GTM Systems

Build and optimize the commercial engine that powers predictable pipeline generation, outbound execution, sales automation, AI-assisted prospecting, and revenue intelligence.
About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Operations leader who is obsessed with pipeline, automation, data, and execution.
You'll own the systems and processes that make our commercial organization more efficient and scalable.

Responsibilities
- Own Revenue Operations.
- Build scalable outbound systems.
- Own Apollo implementation and optimization.
- Own HubSpot CRM.
- Implement AI-powered GTM workflows.
- Build outbound sequences.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing campaigns.
- Design lead scoring models.
- Improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Build executive dashboards.
- Improve forecasting accuracy.
- Optimize pipeline management.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Product.
Requirements
- 5–10+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Operations.
- Expert in:
- Apollo
- HubSpot
- Clay (preferred)
- ZoomInfo
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Outreach
- Salesloft
- Experience implementing AI within sales organizations.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- CRM architecture experience.
- Process optimization mindset.
- Excellent project management skills.
