Senior Director of Revenue Operations

Strategically leading revenue operations, the full-time remote Senior Director of Revenue Operations will own the end-to-end revenue funnel, build a robust operating system, and collaborate closely with the CEO and GTM leadership to ensure predictable revenue through data-driven insights and processes. Key Responsibilities Own the revenue model by building and maintaining a reverse-funnel model that translates revenue targets into required pipeline metrics Deliver a comprehensive executive dashboard that provides visibility into pipeline health, forecasts, and risks within minutes Drive full-funnel visibility by tracking opportunity creation across various marketing channels and ensuring clean attribution from marketing automation to CRM Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, with at least 4 years in a leadership role Proven experience in a B2B SaaS or subscription-based revenue model, including renewals and expansion Track record of building full-funnel operating cadences from scratch Deep expertise with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly Salesforce and HubSpot or Marketo Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
