Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Brightside Counseling, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting detailed mental health assessments, which may encompass psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to identify the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate individualized treatment strategies that respect their personal goals and cultural considerations.

• Delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) across various settings, including individual and group therapy sessions.

• Providing urgent crisis intervention services to clients facing acute psychological distress, liaising with other healthcare providers to ensure continuous care.

• Documenting clinical interactions meticulously to uphold regulatory standards, including treatment plans and progress notes.

• Empowering clients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with valuable skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Participating in a multidisciplinary team approach by collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and nurses, to offer comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
