What You’ll Do Act as the primary liaison between customers and technicians Identify vehicle concerns and recommend appropriate services Prepare accurate estimates for parts, labor, and repairs Write and manage repair orders (ROs) from start to finish Communicate additional service needs based on inspections Verify and process warranty and service contract coverage Keep customers informed on timelines, costs, and service updates What We’re Looking For Previous Service Advisor experience preferred Automotive technician background is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Solid understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance Team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Compensation $64,000 – $125,000 annually (Earnings based on performance, experience, and commission) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Paid Time Off & Holidays 401(k) with company participation Employee Stock Purchase Plan Paid Life Insurance & Disability coverage Ongoing training through Lithia Learning Center Vehicle purchase discounts & wellness programs Requirements High school diploma (or equivalent), 18+.
