Work Environment

You will work onsite at our Cape Coral facility, a vibrant rehabilitation center designed to facilitate optimal healing and recovery. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, allowing for a balanced professional and personal life. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to develop effective treatment plans that address patient-specific goals and requirements.
• Manage a patient caseload that typically includes treating one individual per hour, ensuring personalized attention and care.
• Implement cost-effective therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' range of motion, mobility, and overall functioning.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create customized fitness and wellness programs that meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Motivate patients throughout their treatment plans, providing encouragement and guidance to optimize their rehabilitation outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient care, ensuring an interdisciplinary approach to treatment.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting care plans as needed based on patient progress and feedback.
• Document all patient care services and treatment provided thoroughly and accurately to maintain compliance with best practices and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population predominantly consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required for this position.
• A valid Florida state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is necessary.
• An unblemished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against the license is essential.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and exceptional skills in developing and executing exercise protocols are preferred.
• Experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic environment.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, is a plus.
• Experience in implementing innovative treatment protocols that have positively impacted patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
