Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide remote mental health therapy through synchronous live video sessions to adult clients managing a wide array of emotional disorders, ensuring evidence-based practices are applied.

• Engage in ongoing consultation and support from the Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and formulate diagnoses based on the DSM V criteria, enabling targeted treatment planning.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification, and brief therapy techniques to address each client's unique needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments, functional evaluations, and goal progress measures to regularly monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation using our intuitive therapist portal, ensuring that records are up-to-date and compliant with regulatory standards while minimizing paperwork.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatric providers and fellow therapists to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

Qualifications\n
